Job description
The post holder is responsible for leading and managing the T&O admin staff including sub- specialist and POA services. The post holder will also be responsible for the delivery of inpatient and daycase performance in the T&O Service Trust wide. The post holder will co-ordinate delivery of cases for improvement and Service Development. Providing project management and support to the service manager. .

A degree or equivalent qualification in Health Service Management and 3 years recent experience at Band 5 or equivalent or higher Or 5 years recent experience as a Band 5 or equivalent or higher working in a multi-disciplinary environment Experience of managing IP/DC waiting Lists/elective access , Additional experience of managing IP/DC waiting Lists/elective access
