Lindfield Electrical Services are Gravesend based Electrical Contractor working on projects in London and the South East.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to assist the current Project Manager / Estimator with various Commercial & Industrial projects. We're offering long term work and a chance to progress in a well established Kent based Electrical Contracting Company.
Position Details:
Office based with site visits around London, South East and Home Counties
Pay rate negotiable depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Tendering Process
- Monitoring and supervising work force & site personnel
- Planning workload accordingly
- Daily progress reports with the Contracts, Project and Site Managers
- Carrying out toolbox talks and relevant safety training
- Inspection checks
- Manage the labour resources on site to ensure efficient working
- Maintain discipline on site, report any incidents- taking action where appropriate
Requirements & experience:
- Valid JIB / CSCS Card
- Electrical Qualifications and 18th Edition
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer literacy
- Key understanding of electrical products, liaising with all levels of staff & clients.
