We are currently looking for a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client for a unique in-house opportunity. The role will consist of PPM and reactive maintenance on a commercial property alongside a lead Electrical Engineer, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday (8-4). Unique from the generic building service maintenance roles, this role is perfect for engineers who live in the Kent area looking to avoid the taxing costs of working in London.
This role will primarily consist of working on electrical systems on site, whilst also covering other building service maintenance tasks that may occur. The successful candidate will have the correct qualifications, (City and Guilds / NVQ) at least 3 years experience prior in building service maintenance, a great attitude and to be self-motivated.
Duties:
* PPM and Reactive Maintenance
* Power distribution, PAT testing, Fault finding, Circuits boards, Small installations, Dali systems, Electrical installations, Plant room checks, General building service maintenance
* Organise subcontractors
* Client facing
* Reports, RAMS, HSE and other relevant documentations to be updated regularly
Requirements:
* City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualifications in Electrical Engineering
* Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair Electrical associated systems
* Client facing
* Polite and self motivated
* Respond to call outs
Salary + Package:
* £35,000 per annum
* Monday - Friday (8-4)
* Call out allowance of £1000
