Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse team of professionals, overseeing the installation of headhouses across the prestigious Rail project. You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, and Communications staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
- Installation Management: Oversee the installation of DFMA's (Design for Manufacture and Assembly), containment, first fix, and second fix.
- Project Coordination: Proficiently manage multiple projects across various disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, and Fire.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex construction projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, and Fire systems.
