Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer to recruit am Electrical Controls Engineer to join their Chesterfield facility.

We are looking for someone who has familiarity with HMI and SCADA systems and other programming languages with a focus on the Machinery/Industrial equipment sector.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Controls Engineer include:
- Design, program, and troubleshoot industrial control systems using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
- Develop and implement software solutions for industrial automation or control processes.
- Develop Control Logic/FDS as a communication tool for cross functional discussions and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
- Conduct system analysis, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
We would be keen to speak with Electrical Controls Engineers with the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in PLC programming, with expertise in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic and structured text
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
