Electrical Design Engineer

Job Specification

 The Job You’ll Do;

• Using AutoCAD Electrical to create drawing and models using 2D & 3D elements.
• Work closely with the production facility to develop and implement new electrical document control processes.
• Attend design reviews for new product designs.
• Carry out shop floor product tests.
• Occasional travel to various site locations around the Northumberland & County Durham areas (Irregular).
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested.

About You;

• Educated to HNC level or above in a related discipline.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Able to understand wiring schematics.
• 18th Edition would be desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• IT literate.
