Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in designing electrical/electronic products, with a focus on Rotating Machines being advantageous.
- Familiarity with Hazardous Area product compliance (IECEx and ATEX).
- Proficient in Control Systems, including VFDs, PLCs, and related technologies.
- Experience in designing Control Panels and layouts.
- Proficiency in CAD software for Electrical Design and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical products with a focus on Motors and Generators for renewable energy applications.
- Ensure compliance with Hazardous Area product standards such as IECEx and ATEX.
- Work on Control Systems including VFDs, PLCs, and related technologies.
- Create detailed CAD designs for electrical components and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration.
Salary: Up to GBP50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
