HV Electrical Engineers
The HV Electrical Engineers will work on a hybrid basis within the Energy Networks team, based out of Glasgow, Birmingham, Epsom or Leeds.
To be considered for this role, applicants will need to be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status through the IET is desirable), with relevant experience in a similar role in the power transmission or distribution sectors, working on projects of 132kV or above.
You will have:
- An understanding of the engineering project and asset lifecycles.
- Good knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of maintaining existing and developing new client relationships.
- Experience in working as part of a project team.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines while achieving objectives with the ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately.
