Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Alexander Steele are delighted to be partnering once again with this wonderful business, our client are a well established multi-site food manufacturer who remain family owned. They have asked us to assist them in the recruitment for an Electrical Engineering Project Manager for their site based near Brackley.

The manufacturing base of the business has seen some significant growth which will continue, due to this and a restructure of the Engineering team the requirement to bring in a high calibre individual who will focus on working on Electrical Enginnering projects, whether that would be focusing on robotics, Controls, PLCs and a number of other areas both day to day & at a ong term strategic level.

This role forms part of a dynamic Engineering leadership team, which is leading the business through an exciting period of growth and expansion, this incredibly well resourced team will allow the individual to have all of the necessary support to deliver their key objectives. This role reports to the Head of Engineering.

The Candidate

• You must be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer, with a background in large scale, high volume manufacturing, ideally consumer goods or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLCs & Controls are essential
• Up to date knowledge of LEAN, equipment and technology, but you must have a foundation in development of people, performance, transformational change and teamwork, with a continuous improvement approach.

What's on Offer

• The salary on offer for this role is up to £75k, along with a pension and 33 days holiday.
• My client can also financially assist with relocation if required.
• This role is a permanent Mon - Fri days based role
