Our Client are an electrical contractor located in Kingston upon Hull at Craven Park training and enterprise centre, east Hull. Established in 2016 their works are surround the modular building, commercial and renewable energy sector.

Their objective is to continue to deliver quality electrical and renewable energy installations to clients across the UK. Professionalism, cleanliness, and appearance is key to their growth.

They are looking for an experienced estimator to join their team, the ideal candidate shall take pride in what they do, have a good knowledge of general regulations.

Customer satisfaction is their absolute priority, so you’ll be able to achieve a high quality of workmanship while working on your own or as part of a team.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable managing the expectations of our customers and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position suits a highly motivated person who wants to progress in their career.

The successful candidate will be a key player in our expanding electrical division. They are a developing company and require forward thinking candidates who can progress our company to new levels.

Our projects generally consist of the following,

• Modular buildings
• General offices
• Hospitals
• Schools
• Refurbishment commercial buildings
• Luxury lodges

The individual shall be responsible for:

• Estimating/ tendering
• online tendering
• Liaising with existing and potential new clients
• Completing projects within budget, on time and to a high standard.
• This role is office based with a requirement to conduct site visits as and when necessary.
• Liaising with Project Managers daily
• Responding to emails
• Completing lighting designs using Relux
• Estimating projects using our in house software
• Managing materials using order numbers
• Very clean with drawings and plans
• Completing test certificates

Candidate must have,

• Clean driving licence
• Good knowledge of BS7671
• Clean and tidy appearance
• Generally clean and tidy
• NVQ 3
• 18th edition wiring regulations
• ECS gold card
• CAD experience
• PV Experience/ estimating
• Car charging estimating experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• estimating: 2 years (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
