Salary- £30,000 to £32,000 per year depending on experience
- Knowledge Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Collect quotes from materials suppliers and sub-contractors
- Plan job schedules and timescales
- Prepare detailed quotations from customer supplied drawings, schedules and specifications for the specified product
- Balance multiple enquiries/ quotations at once, ensuring each reaches the client
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, keeping a sales-minded attitude, and seek out and build relationships with new clients.
- Assess the levels of risk on a project
- Preparing and submitting quotations and cost summaries for work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of production engineering practice
- Experience of using AutoCad is desirable
- Experience of using Solidworks is desirable
- Electrical / control knowledge is essential
- ONC or Equivalent qualification required
