Currently, we are seeking a talented Electrical Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of a major airport infrastructure project.
Position Overview: As an Electrical Manager specializing in MEP systems, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems within the airport environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that demands technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to develop and implement MEP systems design solutions that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of electrical systems.
- Review and work from technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation purposes.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify issues, and provide technical support as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of MEP systems installation and integration.
- Participate in commissioning activities and performance testing to verify system functionality and compliance with project specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MEP systems post-construction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the aviation or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA, IEC).
- Ability to use engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, electrical design software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
