SalaryAs the Electrical Services Officer you will be:
- Carrying out electrical inspections across various properties in the Birmingham area
- Liaising with contractors to check the progress of work and ensure that it is completed to a high standard
- Working with senior management to ensure that remedial actions have been completed
- Overseeing the servicing, maintenance, refurbishment, and installation contracts across fire alarms, suppression systems, lift specifications, air conditioning and door entry
As the Electrical Services Officer you will need:
- Electrical background
- Social housing / public sector experience
- Previous experience overseeing electrical contracts across fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, lifts and door entry
- Experience completing electrical inspections and working with contractors
- Electrical relevant qualifications
As the Electrical Services Officer, you will receive:
