Mainstay are currently working with a leading Service provider who are looking to recruit for a Electrical Shift Lead to lead a team of engineers across a single Commercial site within London.
The role will entail delivering the highest customer service whilst performing planned and reactive M&E Maintenance.
Role:
As a Electrical Shift Lead you will be responsible for driving the engineering team on site to deliver high quality service when maintaining M&E equipment across a commercial site
You will also be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance across M&E equipment such as generators, emergency lights, AHU, Fire alarm testing, FCU, Boilers
As the Shift Lead you will act as the HV authorised person
You will work closely with the client and technical manager to discuss the work completed on site
You will issue work permits and manage 3rd party contractors on site
As the Shift Lead you will supervise and manage effective shift handovers
This role will also involve specialist service provider worksheets are complete and the quality of work is inspected and signed off.
As the Shift Lead you will supervise the plant areas, workshops, stores on site ensuring plant status, plant isolations, 2and ongoing works are delivered to highes standard
Candidate:
As a Electrical Shift lead you will hold relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical or building qualifications
You must hold relevant qualifications in wiring regulations e.g. 18th edition
Experience in managing BMS systems
Previous experience in being a LV/HV authorised person
