Build Recruitment are looking for a Supervisor to lead and manage our Electrical team as we carry out repairs and strive to deliver effective repairs to our customers.

The purpose of the Electrical Superviser is to ensure that our customers receive a positive experience through the successful management and development of our Electricians. You will be responsible for driving the improvement and efficiency of our electrical repairs service to work towards agreed goals.

For this position you must posses your:

• 2391
• 18th edition
• NVQ level 3

About you:

• Have demonstrated experience in successfully managing a team of people in a construction or repairs environment
• Be able to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions with the aim of streamlining our electrical repairs service
• Be able to build strong internal relationships, effectively communicating with colleagues whilst upholding our values
• Have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
• Be confident in using IT systems to monitor performance
• Have a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and practice
