The Role

The Electrical Working Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and supervising electrical projects and maintenance works. You will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to achieve project goals.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians to ensure deadlines are met and quality is achieved.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members for successful project execution.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Inspect electrical components to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Test electrical systems and circuits to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations.
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their expertise and workload.
• Arrange labour and materials to complete the project on time and within budget.

About You

To join us as an Electrical Supervisor, you will need:

• Level 3 C&G Qualified
• 2391 Test & Inspection qualified
• Proven experience as an electrician or Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• UK Driving licence is essential
