SalaryElectrical Supervisor
Project: Electrical installation projects for an expanding soft drinks manufacturing plant.
Location: Milton Keynes.
Annual Earnings: 45,000- 55,000 p/a
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 Hour Days.

With revenue now exceeding 200m and a workforce of over 750 staff, the business is continuing with the latest phase of expansion and right now has an opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join their key accounts division at a high growth manufacturing plant in Milton Keynes.
The Role: Electrical Supervisor
Working as the Electrical Supervisor for a large account that require various site wide electrical upgrades, installation services, test & inspection and maintenance.
You will have a team of around 2-6 Electricians which is due to increase in size as the sites become more profitable, the focus is on building longstanding relationships with the customer and increase the order book through brand new installation projects.
Role involves:
- Expanding the site with a focus on innovation improvement for electrical systems including: Control panels, PLC's, machine safety systems, power & distribution and E-lighting.
- Running a team of Electricians, allocating work schedules and ensuring successful installation of electrical upgrade projects site wide.
- Test & Inspection across the site ensuring compliance for Emergency Lighting, safety systems, Water Heaters, Motors, RCD's, carrying out Fixed Wire Testing and control panel work.
- Quoting and pricing jobs across the site which could be Installation or Maintenance.
- Growing the team and recruiting, supervising and training Electricians.
- Completing RAMS and method statements, ensuring that all relevant documentation is up to date.
- Meetings with customers on site to build relationships and plan future project requirements.
- Ensuring Ad-Hoc Maintenance work is completed for the customer.
Entry Requirements:
- 5-10 Years experience as an Industrial Electrician with at least 2 years of leading responsibility.
- Apprentice trained with a City and Guilds 2391/2395 Test & Inspection.
- Approved Electrician with a recognised Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, JIB/ECS Gold Card and AM2.
