Are you an Electrical Supervisor or Engineer looking to come Off the tools within a varied role within a well-established yet growing company where you will work on exciting projects within a role offering ongoing progression to management and bonuses to increase your earnings?

This growing company of 24 people have been expanding their services for over 10 years and now supply into electrical and mechanical industries, mainly taking on Residential, Industrial and Healthcare projects such as flats, care homes etc. This company pride themselves on staff retention due their friendly working environment and their broad volume of progression/training opportunities available opening doors into managerial/technical roles.

In this exciting role you will be working primarily Off the tools, with occasional on the tools work - you will be responsible for planning workload for a team of engineers, liaising with clients, health and safety management and overseeing colleagues within the team. You will work on an exciting range of projects, starting at 5,000 right through to 5 million.

This days-based role would suit an Electrical Supervisor/ electrically qualified individual or similar looking to move Off the tools with a Full Driving Licence and ready to take on a dynamic role that is mainly office-based with occasional site visits where you will be overseeing a team and interacting daily with clients.

The Role:

• Responsible for scheduling of engineers workload
• Liaising with clients, health and safety management and supervising colleagues within the team.
• Day-based role Mon - Fri (07:30am - 16:30pm)
• Oversee team of 24 engineers
• Office-Based but you will be required to occasionally drive to sites in East Anglia Patch.

The Person:

• Electrically Qualified/ SSDS/ CSC
• Looking for an Off the tools role
• Full Driving Licence
• Commutable to Cambridge
