Working Hours: Full-time permanent role with 42.5 hours per week, starting your day at 8:00 AM and it is a Monday to Friday schedule as standard. Overtime is available and paid at competitive rates (time and a quarter on Saturdays and time and a half on Sundays), offering you the flexibility to boost your earnings based on your availability and project needs.

Location: Gosberton Risegate, with opportunities to work across the East Midlands. Don’t worry you will be paid for your travel time to and from jobs minus your usual commute to Gosberton Risegate.

Salary: £35,000-£42,000 dependant on skill level and experience with the potential to earn more through overtime and performance-based incentives.

The Role: As an Electrician with BJC, you will be instrumental in installing and maintaining cutting-edge electrical and renewable energy solutions, including solar PV, battery storage, EV chargers, and Zero Emission Boilers. Your typical day might involve:

• Direct installations and safety checks in both domestic and commercial settings
• Interacting with clients, representing BJC as the frontline face of our quality and commitment
• Ensuring all projects adhere to our high standards of workmanship and safety protocols

Who Are We Looking For?

A fully qualified Electrician with:

• At least 2 years post-qualification experience
• 18th Edition certification
• Excellent knowledge of wiring regulations
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused, team-oriented approach
• A full UK driving license

Desirable qualifications include experience in the renewable energy sector, IPAF, PASMA, and trailer licence. However, these are not essential as BJC Electrical is committed to training and developing the right candidate.
