Are you an experienced Electrician looking to move over to the renewables sector and develop your skills in Solar PV, Battery storage and EV charging installation at a well-established Building Contractor & Renewable Energy firm operating in and around the Central Belt of Scotland?
This independent firm are specialists in renewable energy systems and installations. They represent a wide variety of clients across Scotland and hold a deep knowledge and experience within their field. They're seeking motivated individuals with previous experience within an electrical position to showcase their existing skillset and to grow within the business.
In this role you will be working amongst a dedicated team of Solar Electricians on a variety of projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. You will be provided with full training when joining the company and will have the opportunity to progress whilst the business rapidly grows.
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and will enjoy problem solving. They will hold a recognised Electrical qualification as well as 18th Edition and will be comfortable working in a team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking to really develop their skills and advance into a Renewable Energy specialist role with all relevant training provided by the company who pride themselves on staff progression and development.
The role:
* Installation and repair of electrical systems
* Ability to identify and resolve electrical issues
* Solar Panel installation & Rewiring
* Working to meet deadlines to a high standard
The Person:
* All relevant electrical qualifications (JIB Gold card, NVQ 3, 18th edition, 2391 etc)
* Minimum of 4 years' experience as an electrician
* Knowledge of solar PV, EV and Batteries is not essential but advantageous
