£13.50PH - £15.15PH - OT always available paid @ higher rate

Monday to Friday 8am - 430pm The company specialises in manufacturing of power solutions. They have a great opportunity for an Electro-mechanical Assembler to join their team. This position is well-suited to someone with previous electrical and Mechanical Assembly experience.
Responsibilities:
Mechanically assemble various enclosures and sub-assemblies
Fixing a wide range of sizeable mechanical components such as transformers
Carrying-out basic wiring of Electrical Inverters, Fixed Electrical Ground Power Units and other Power Supplies
Working extensively from mechanical drawings and wiring diagramsRequirements:
BTEC, C&G Part or Equivalent in a mechanical / electrical related subject, or you will have 2 years' practical experience in a similar role
Experience of drilling and tapping Steel and Aluminium sheet metal and able to rework components as required
Experience in mechanical handling and lifting equipment
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining accuracy and quality
Experience using portable hand tools.Reasons why you should apply:
