Electromechanical Support Engineer

Avanti Recruitment have partnered with an industry-disrupter in the entertainment space to recruit an electromechanical maintenance and support Engineer to lead and supervise fix and maintenance activities for their newest entertainment venue.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise first-line venue support team.

• Use the ticketing system for logging, working, and resolving requests.

• Organize and administer machinery maintenance.

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting of systems.

• Liaise with Tech team, Engineers, and Leaders for timely communication.

• Support teammates with IT/AV, mechanical, and electronic issues.

• Manage maintenance tasks and schedule technicians.

• Organize and motivate a team to prioritize tasks in a dynamically paced environment.

Essential Skills:

??? Technical Know-How: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, with experience in using hand tools and machinery maintenance.

??? Communication Skills: Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

??? Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Technical Support and/or Maintenance role.

Desirable, But Not Essential:

�? Technical Aptitude: Proven work experience in technical support roles and understanding of AV/IT systems.

�? Mechanical Expertise: Knowledge in electro-mechanics, Linux-based Operating Systems, and Networking.

�? Quick Learners: Punctual and reliable individuals who thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
