AddressLa Fosse are looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer for well established state-of-the-art R&D company based in the West Midlands, easily commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Leicester, Warwick, Banbury. You will be working across different cutting-edge development projects across industries such as Medical Devices, Consumer Electronics, Automation, Wireless Communications, IoT, Robotics, autonomous tech, etc.
- Lead a small team and help further grow the electronic design and firmware capabilities.
- Hands on electronics design – Analogue and digital circuits
- Proven leadership and management of electronics & firmware engineers
- Proven and hands on electronics design of both analogue and digital electronics.
- Ability to write firmware in embedded C and/or C++
- Working with a range of MCU’s including ARM Cortex M7 and PIC microcontrollers
- Low power RF, Bluetooth, WiFi technology
- PCB layout experience
- Design for EMC and manufacture
- Experience of designing electronic products for Mid to High volume manufacture
