Email Marketing and App Downloads Specialist, Multinational E-commerce Company

My client who is a Multinational Ecommerce Company who is looking for a Email Marketing and App Downloads Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in identifying customer pain points, creation of innovative solutions, and execution of data-driven strategies to maximize the App Downloads and drive push notification opt-in.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to gain deep insights into customer needs, preferences, and challenges, driving informed decision-making.
• Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive plans that drive the App Downloads and engagement.
• Engage with stakeholders within Global Marketing and broader company teams to identify and acquire necessary capabilities for campaign/tracking execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify new opportunities to drive the App Downloads, as well as areas for enhancement within existing emails/push notifications.
• Effectively communicate project plans, milestones, and progress to leadership and partner teams, fostering transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of proven experience in product management roles.
• Skilled in translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in conducting A/B tests, defining success metrics, and interpreting test outcomes to drive decisions rooted in data.
• A strong background in building impactful marketing emails and push notifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with teams from diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
