Our mission:

- We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
- Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚
The Opportunity:
- Own, run and manage the Tenant Email Marketing activity - (strategy, delivery, optimisation) - this could expand into Landlord marketing relatively quickly (lots of room to progress!)
- Own and optimise partner strategy - who should we be working with and why, to maximise growth and revenue
- Working with internal stakeholders, primarily engineering to ensure optimisation and effectiveness at delivering our goals
What we need from you:
- Significant commercial experience designing, delivering and optimising B2C marketing campaigns (you know what works and what doesn’t!) with successful examples of hitting commercial targets
- Commercial experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo etc)
- Experience owning commercial relationships
