The role:
CRM is central to us delivering value through technology to jobseekers, which in turn delivers value to customers. This stimulating and specialist role holds a lot of responsibility and scope to make an impact. You’ll manage our email channel predominantly, growing traffic, job applications and revenue across all 19 international markets. We send well over 100m opted-in job email alerts each month with high engagement levels, and the success of these are crucial to our jobseekers and our business. There is significant upside potential in growing the commercial value from our database, and improving user experience, across all markets and we’re looking to you to help us unlock it.
You’ll work closely with our experienced marketing, product and management teams. This is your opportunity to put your own stamp on one of Europe’s most successful tech start-ups and work with a talented and sociable team to make job search better.
Responsibilities
Management of CRM campaigns to drive growth in key business outcomes.
Grow our database of engaged Jobseekers.
Full stack ownership of key database marketing platforms including, but not limited to ESPs, CRMs and CDPs and research/make recommendations for improvements.
Maintenance and improvement of domain reputation and campaign delivery performance.
Extensive evaluation of data sets to yield powerful insights.
Identification, prioritization and implementation of scalable CRM initiatives.
Work with our Country Managers and Delivery teams to support successful client job advertising campaigns
Collaboration with in-house product managers and developers to implement tests, feature changes and build new and improved ways of delivering value to jobseekers and advertisers throughout their lifecycle.
Work with our B2B Management team and key sales team members to use marketing automation for lead gen, nurture and ABM/ABX
Utilise marketing automation techniques to support other marketing initiatives, such as wide-scale content outreach campaigns.
Experience
You have 5+ years Email Marketing experience and at least 3 working on a business with technical complexity, whether in-house or at an agency where this represents a primary hands-on client.
You can demonstrate a track record of impact and growth.
You have held governance responsibility for CRM reputation and deliverability.
Experience with automation, personalisation and single user view methodology.
You are comfortable working with tech, including platforms that have become complex with age/scale and require creativity and collaborative relationships to deliver results.
International (and US) experience is a bonus.
Qualities
You like to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and thrive on juggling a lot of responsibilities at the same time
You don’t always require a budget or extensive/dedicated development resources to make progress.
You are highly numerate, analytical and efficient in your use of data, drawing insights that lead to successful growth initiatives through experimentation.
You take a methodical approach to CRM projects and tasks
You are a creative, inventive and positive thinker. You make things happen
You self-identify as a great communicator – both verbally in writing – with an energetic, action-oriented nature.
