Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to operate and maintain our embroidery department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality finished products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Embroidery Machine to create high-quality designs on various types of apparel and accessories. Ensure appropriate set-up, operation, and maintenance of embroidery equipment. Prepare materials and garments for embroidery, including hooping and positioning. Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Embroidery Machines. Assist in inventory management of embroidery supplies and materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in operating Embroidery Machines and software. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
