Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a successful, privately owned company in Telford for a new Import / Export / Logistics Administrator / Customer Service Administrator.  Based in a busy office environment, this permanent position will suit an experienced a professional, experienced Customer Service Administrator (ideally with Import / Export Experience) who is looking for a new, challenging but rewarding role with genuine opportunities.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Deal with each step of the shipping / delivery process
• Allocating POs
• Liaise with shipping and customs
• Administration tasks including arranging and completed associated delivery and shipment paperwork
• Invoicing
• Other ad hoc admin duties

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a stable, proven Customer Service / Import / Export / Administration based background and possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).

You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent level of accuracy and IT skills (Inc Ms Excel & SAP), ideally be educated to a good standard, specifically in English and Maths.  Above all, you will be a team player, motivated, professional and well organised.

08:30 – 17:00, Monday - Friday

The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Perton, Shifnal, Newport, Ironbridge etc
