As a team:
In our team you will learn:
Drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure.
Oversee delivery of EMEA and Emerging Market accounts including oversight of assigned delivery leads
Provides people leadership over EMEA employees and contractors - who will be assigned globally
As a ITAM EMEA Sales Lead, you will:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, build relationships with potential clients in the EMEA and Emerging Market segment
Proactively generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification
Develop new clients by identifying and engaging on strategic potential deals
Create a network having the long-term vision to originate, shape and qualify opportunities that have a compelling value proposition to the client

This includes prospecting, lead qualification, presenting solutions, and handling objections. Negotiation Skills: Negotiation is crucial in software asset management sales to secure favorable terms for both your company and the client. This involves understanding the client's needs, maximizing value, and reaching agreements that satisfy all parties involved. Software Licensing Knowledge: Deep understanding of software licensing models, compliance requirements, and industry regulations is essential. You'll need to advise clients on optimizing their software assets while ensuring legal compliance and cost efficiency. Team Leadership: In a leadership role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals. This requires leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop your team members, as well as to coordinate efforts towards common sales goals.
