The EMEA Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of product, marketing and communication strategies for nCino across EMEA. The role reports to the Head of EMEA Marketing and will involve collaborating closely with global and regional marketing, sales and product development teams in EMEA – helping to drive growth through the adoption of new and existing capabilities.

The ideal Marketing Manager will possess a combination of marketing experience and strategic thinking, along with a demonstrated ability to execute effective marketing campaigns that generate results. We are looking for someone who has had experience in Product and Channel Marketing for a B2B SaaS company in financial services and grow their Marketing career at a fast-paced, publicly listed technology company.
MARKING MANAGER JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams to develop Go-To-Market plans for existing solutions, major new product releases and prospect/customer outreach.
2. Create market positioning for nCino products and solutions, messaging, and value props across industry verticals and geographical regions.
3. Partner with the Global Marketing teams to adapt solution / product content and messaging for region demand generation and ABM campaigns, events, PR and case studies.
4. Create, define and own the content for solution messaging and positioning- covering all forms of collateral including feature documents, slides, web content, POV documents, video scripts, FAQs, competitive intelligence, etc.
5. Support the planning and implementation of key activities related to thought leadership, content strategy, public relations, social media, brand activation as well as events and sponsorships, working with the regional and global brand, content, PR and digital channels teams as required.
6. Provide on-the-ground support at major events or conferences in the assigned market.
7. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the local markets as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of related experience equivalent proficiency; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a Product Marketing role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing tools and software.
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate yourself, prioritize your own work, and adapt and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-solving, and networking skills.
- Good time-management skills.
