Your new companyThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and rapidly growing company based in Central Oxfordshire. The purpose of the role is to manage the payroll and benefits across multiple countries in line with the relevant laws and regulations. You will also play a key role in process improvement and will be required to liaise with multiple stakeholders.Your new roleAs the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee payroll execution for multiple international entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and taxation
- Review and report payroll data, identifying changes and analysing accordingly
- Provide guidance on payroll and benefits best practices identifying areas of improvement to enhance efficiency across all payroll processes
- Prepare payroll journals and related reports, including tax filings, benefits usage reports, and reconciliations
- Help to resolve payroll discrepancies and engage third-party providers as appropriate
- Administer employee benefits programs ensuring timely enrolment and accurate record keeping
- Manage interface with payroll and benefits providers
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, presenting all benefits options
- Audit data to ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits systems
- Remain up-to-date on payroll and benefits laws and regulations and implement adjustments where necessary to remain compliant
- Projects support related to compensation and benefits analysis as required
What you'll need to succeedTo be the successful candidate, you will need:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of EMEA
- Relevant degree in accounting or business functions
- Strong payroll experience and knowledge
- Strong Excel kills
- Knowledge of analysis and project management tools
- Ability to work independently with own initiative
- High standards of professionalism and performance
