We have registered a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our world-renowned client in this vital role.
As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for providing professional advice, data, and audits of the payroll function to ensure employees are paid on time, accurately and in compliance with legislation.
This role is offered on a part-time basis of 2 days per week, however, has the flexibility to be a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Payroll Analyst/Manager (part-time) Responsibilities
- Management of monthly payroll
- Review payroll processes to ensure compliance at every stage
- Oversee the payroll systems and ensure they are maintain
- Collate and prepare information for audits
- Analyse and report on financial data to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with external contacts and be the go to contact for queries relating to the above

it is essential you have a dedicated background in payroll management and be confident in your abilities to provide a timely, accurate and seamless payroll process for staff.
- Previous dedicated experience in Payroll Management
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and legislation
- Passionate about providing a seamless payroll service to staff
- Confident in your abilities and accuracy
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, whilst taking initiative on tasks
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
