Emea Payroll Supervisor

EMEA Payroll Supervisor - Perm - Up to 70K - Watford
I am working with a global pharmaceutical business based in the heart of Watford reporting into EMEA Payroll Manager with 2-3 direct reports focusing on leading and developing the EMEA Payroll team and supporting on payroll projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting payroll process payrolls in timely manner
- Work closely with EMEA Payroll Manager to provide on going development/training to payroll function.
- Assist with on-going payroll projects rolling out new vendor into each country
- Involved in processing payrolls with the team
- Oversee payroll compliance and monitor for high levels of accuracy.
- Experience of processing EMEA Payrolls
- Managing teams or individuals previously ideal
