?What will you be doing as Payroll Supervisor? 

• Supervising a payroll team of 5, liaising closely with HR and the Finance department to resolve any queries. 
• You will be supporting the Payroll Manager process a payroll volume for 2000+ employees. 

• Oversee hotels monthly payroll and agreed deadlines are met by the team; ensuring input and changes as well as SSP, SMP, SPP, Tax, NI, P45, P11D, P60 (this is not an exhaustive list) are completed. 
• Resolve all payroll related queries in line with company procedures and legal requirements? 
• Overseeing full monthly payroll process and RTI submission whilst continually working to streamline all payroll processes working with the operational teams. 
• Managing the central management of benefits such as pensions, childcare vouchers, company cars and private health care and looking for ways to improve and develop these benefits. 
• Managing the update of policies and procedures and ensuring Standard Payroll Operating Procedures are appropriate and sufficient. 
• Completing monthly / annual reports as required to the business needs such as the Gender Pay Gap Reporting. 
• Collaborate actively with other members of the wider People team to ensure a cohesive approach for all HR activity. 

What’ll make you a great fit for this Payroll Supervisor Role: 

• To be successful in this role, you must have previous Payroll Supervisory experience or extensive payroll experience, a keen and analytical mind, and a genuine enthusiasm for the role.  A strong team attitude is also essential, as this role heavily relies on interpersonal skills.
