EMEA Payroll Supervisor - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £70,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a pharmaceutical company, who are recruiting for an EMEA Payroll Supervisor. This role will focus on supporting management and elevating their regional payroll processing in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This EMEA Payroll Supervisor position is a permanent position and is on a hybrid basis, working out of their London office, up to 3 days per week.
The EMEA Payroll Supervisor will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of the Company's payroll in EMEA countries
* Participate in ongoing internal process improvements
* Ensure payroll services are processed in accordance with established global policies and procedures along with all legislative compliance requirements (including tax and labour laws)
* Ensure end-to-end processes are well-thought through to address customer and regulatory requirements
* Support payroll manager with team development to optimize operational excellence and create a deeper bench of experienced talent
Key Skills:
* Significant experience in multi-national companies, especially with EMEA region
* Proven expertise in Payroll
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex, and highly matrixed environment
* Ability to speak French, German, Italian or Spanish, is desirable
