Job Title: EMEA Exec Reward Manager
Salary: £80K + benefits
Location: Bedfordshire
Contract: Permanent
A UK based hospitality brand, with an ongoing expansion into Europe is seeking an Exec Rewards Manager to join their team!
The successful candidate will have solid global mobility and executive reward experience. You will have excellent experience with RemCo.
Responsibilities:
* Developing Reward frameworks for Execs
* Salary recommendations using benchmarking data
* Monitoring external Reward changes
* RemCo support + Annual report drafting
* Overseeing global mobility policy
* Partnering with EU People team on Reward management and delivering Reward plans.
Skills required:
* Experience of share plans, senior leader contracts and UK Corporate Governance
* Strong preference for candidates with German Reward knowledge
* Global Reward exposure
* Strong communication skills
* Desire to move into Exec Comp/Reward
