Salary Job Title: Global Reward Manager
Salary: £75-85K DOE + 30% bonus + benefts
Location: Hertfordshire / hybrid
JGA are partnered with a leading Hospitality company seeking a Global Reward Manager to join their impressive team.
Responsibilities:
* Developing Reward frameworks for Execs
* Salary recommendations using benchmarking data
* Monitoring external Reward changes
* RemCo support + Annual report drafting
* Overseeing global mobility policy
* Partnering with EU People team on Reward management and delivering Reward plans.
Skills required:
* Experience of share plans, senior leader contracts and UK Corporate Governance
* Strong preference for candidates with German Reward knowledge
* Global Reward exposure
* Strong communication skills
* Desire to move into Exec Comp/Reward
