Property Services Officer - Compliance
Duration - 12 month contractHours - 35 hours per week Monday - Friday (Hybrid 1 day in office/ 4 days from home).
Salary - £32,784 (salary increase from April)

We are small housing association based in Croydon with big goals, employing just over 50 members of staff looking after 1600 homes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Property Services Team.
What you will achieve in the roleAs a Property Services Officer, you will support the delivery of our landlord's compliance requirements, in a sector which is seeing increased focus on both improving standards for legislative landlord's compliance and providing safer homes. In this varied role you will be responsible for monitoring, developing and continuously improving administration tasks, in order to ensure ccha deliver on all legal and statutory obligations (Gas, Electrical, Fire, Asbestos, Water Hygiene, Lifts and Damp & Mould).

What you'll bring to cchaYou will have knowledge and experience of working within the landlords compliance, preferably within social housing. Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and be focused, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering great customer service.
Key skills required:•Knowledge and experience of the statutory requirements for a Property Services team•Be organised, structured and methodical in your approach to completing your duties, with a keen eye for detail.•Be an excellent communicator who is able to build relationships with our contractors to ensure deadlines.
