As MEP Project Director you will oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring efficient planning, design, production, installation, and commissioning, while managing teams effectively.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure MEP performance for projects in time, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Integrate site and factory for MEP works, reporting lessons learned.
- Define optimal subassemblies with COO and Technical Director for maximum offsite PMV.
- Develop MEP management systems for consistent high outcomes.
- Shape MEP capabilities aligned with growth.
- Deliver agreed profitability and meet social value and carbon reduction targets.
- Drive on-site mindset shift to a production/assembly way of working.
- Define and deliver MEP procurement and design management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements.

- Provide technical leadership, aligning strategies with company objectives.
- Develop strategies for streamlined MEP processes and maximize offsite subassembly efficiency.
Project Planning and Design:
- Collaborate for MEP requirements aligned with project goals.

Factory Production and Site Installation:
- Manage precise MEP component production and coordinate on-site installation.
Financial and Commercial Oversight:
- Develop and manage MEP budgets for cost efficiency.
- Participate in negotiations, manage change orders, and ensure integrated supply chains.
Quality Control and Commissioning:
- Implement quality control processes for MEP systems during production and installation.
- Oversee commissioning for operational standards, aligning factory and site programs.
Team Management and Collaboration:
- Lead MEP team for innovation and productivity, coordinating with other department heads.
Subcontractor and Vendor Management:
- Identify, select, and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring strong partnerships.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of proven MEP project management experience.
