Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering engaging employability training sessions to equip learners with essential job search and workplace skills.
- Providing one-on-one support and guidance to learners, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Collaborating with employers and industry partners to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with industry needs.
- Monitoring learner progress and adapting training programs as needed to meet individual and group needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and learner achievements.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in employability, education, or related field.
