The role:
As an Employee Benefits Client Manager, you'll be the architect of positive change. Your responsibilities will include:
* Guiding new clients through seamless onboarding experiences.
* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships to expand your portfolio.
* Taking the lead on all client-specific matters.
* Empowering employees to embrace and maximise their employer's benefit schemes.
About you:
* A solid background in financial services, particularly in pensions and Employee Benefits.
* Financial Services qualifications would be advantageous, however not essential.
* Strong client relationship and management skills - at least 3 years experience.
* Enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to client success.
* Fantastic prioritisation and collaboration ability.
* Impeccable attention to detail, organizational finesse, and commercial savvy.
* A strong communicator.
Perks and Package:
* Competitive Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (experience-dependent).
* Lucrative Bonus Structure: Open-ended potential with an OTE around £70,000.
* Generous Holiday Allowance: 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays) plus up to 3 days at Christmas.
