Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.
In this role you will:

• Manage a diverse range of stakeholders, including HR leaders and service owners, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted adviser on Employee Listening methodologies.
• Work collaboratively across the Workforce Strategy and Insights team and with colleagues across the wider HR function to shape research and help inform strategy and policy.
• Respond to the listening requirements of the organisation, translate these into clear plans and delivering these in partnership with HR and Technology colleagues.
• Turn insight into action by connecting research findings to people priorities and presenting evidence-based recommendations informed by your work.
