You’ll be the critical link between the HR Talent Management, Centre of Excellence and the insights capability they need to drive business outcomes to solve their workforce planning and analytical needs.

In this role you will:
• Consult with business and HR stakeholders to understand and shape Workforce Strategy and ensure benefits from actionable workforce insights and technical solutions land to impact business objectives and challenges.
• Interface with the business to understand and formulate context, requirements, and business outcomes.
• Contract around the delivery of work and thought leadership with stakeholders based on scope, size, and complexity, in the context of a prioritised backlog of work.
• Use consulting frameworks and critical thinking techniques to ensure an effective approach to identifying answering the right business questions.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the portfolio of available information, metrics, and analysis across HR subject areas
• Collaborate with the wider Workforce Strategy & Insights global consultants, data scientists and data engineers, contributing to analytical thought leadership, share best practices, and connect stakeholders to solutions.
• Adopt Agile working methods to deliver solutions and products by leading or actively participating in ‘Pod’ delivery teams.
