BramahHR is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to become a member of our clients HR team to assist the business's management team with challenging ER situations.
You will be giving thorough advice on Employee Relations, such as managing absences, redundancies, disciplinaries, and grievances. Are you a seasoned ER advisor? Do you have experience of overseeing a large number of ER cases?
Responsibilities:
- Providing ER guidance for employees and managers
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to, facilitated and promoted
- Support the Head of HR with employment tribunal bundles
- Produce monthly reports on ER cases, tribunals, compromise agreements, sickness and employee turnover and highlighting any trends or changes
- Ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Experience in ER
- Strong understanding or HR policies and procedures, employment legislation such as redundancies, TUPE, DBS, security vetting grievance, disciplinary and termination management
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in a fast moving environment
- Ability to work on high volume cases
