We are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our clients Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have a background in human resources and a strong understanding of Employee Relations within a financial services setting.

Description
As Employee Relations Advisor your responsibilities will include
- Provide expert advice on Employee Relations issues
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases
- Develop and deliver training on HR topics
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting diversity and inclusion. Giving accurate. And appropriate advice, training and support to managers.
- Work closely with the HR team to drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support the development of HR strategy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices
Profile
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
- An excellent understanding of UK employment law and a track record in keeping up to date with legislative development.
- Good understanding of the role of legislation in progressing issues of diversity.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Proven ability to manage complex Employee Relations issues
- Demonstrated experience in delivering HR training
CIPD member or equivalent.
Employment law qualification or mediation qualification is a bonus.
