We're working with a key client of ours in the Higher Education sector as they look for an experience HR professional to lead their newly created HR advisory function. This unique London University sit within a diverse hub in the heart of the capital, that is truly connected to its local community and surrounding area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic group of individuals, as senior member of HR, setting the trajectory for this newly created team. With 3 direct reports, this role will be focused on;
- Coaching and developing the HR advisors across complex ER casework
- Cross collaborating with the wider HR and OD team to enhance and support with leadership development and change programmes.
- Act as a point of escalation for sensitive/complex ER casework
- Build and manage strong working relationships with the Trade Unions, working together around policy changes and complex case issues, as part of the joint negotiation committee.
