Resource Solutions is seeking an Employee Voice, Engagement and Partnerships Manager to join our Culture and Conduct leadership team. This role offers a competitive day rate and is based in the vibrant city of London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee Engagement and positively impacting employee experience across the bsuiness. Our People function is at the heart of RS transformation, and our Culture and Conduct Department is critical to achieving success. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape strategies around Employee Voice and engagement both within RS and through our external engagement partners.

What you'll do:

As an Employee Voice, Engagement, and Partnerships Manager at Resource Solutions, you will be entrusted with leading a programme of work that focuses on building strong connections between employees, fostering engagement, and nurturing partnerships. You will have the opportunity to shape our approach to Employee Voice by developing innovative channels for communication. Your role will also involve working closely with the Head of Culture and Conduct to enhance staff representation. You will lead consultations with representative bodies, manage relationships with key stakeholders during departmental changes, and ensure that all colleagues understand the roles of SCCs and SRGs. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of the RS staff survey, working alongside senior leaders to formulate our organisational response. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you guide our wider staff network activities, ensuring effective operation. Lastly, you will oversee our community engagement programme while leading a team towards achieving core priorities.

  • Lead, support, and oversee delivery for our programme of work related to Employee Voice, engagement, and Partnerships
  • Develop our approach to Employee Voice and engagement across the organisation through a range of channels
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Culture and Conduct to continuously improve our approach to staff representation
  • Lead and support consultation with representative bodies, managing relationships as key stakeholders in departmental change
  • Ensure people understand the role of the Staff Consultative Committee (SCC) and Staff Representative Groups (SRG)
  • Provide oversight for the delivery of the RS staff survey and work with senior leaders on our organisational response
  • Provide leadership for our wider staff network activity, ensuring networks operate effectively
  • Oversee our community engagement programme
  • Lead a team ensuring there are clear plans and resources in place to deliver core priorities

Experience in overseeing community engagement programmes is also desirable.
