Employer Engagement Officer

We are seeking to recruit an Employer Engagement Officer, an enjoyable and rewarding job. Responsible for working with local employers, forming, and fostering relationships to maximise apprenticeship/AEB and other opportunities, working with learner focused, motivated, and engaged business professionals.
The Halesowen College Skills team are looking for a highly motivated experienced salesperson who can generate and maximise new business opportunities in Apprenticeships, AEB courses, SWAPS, Bootcamps and other adult training. This is the perfect time to join our team as we are growing rapidly, you would also enjoy the benefits of college wide support, resources and security combined with a commercial awareness and structure that is key to its impressive success to date, and ongoing growth.
