About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Employer Partnerships Manager (Account Manager) to work nationally across all Fedcap contracts. These contracts include Restart, IPES, WHP, Pioneer and Inspiring Futures and Fair Start Scotland. You will be responsible for developing and delivering on key accounts as the sole point of contact for all employer recruitment needs. You will work closely with operational offices, including, Employer Solutions Consultants, Employment Advisers and Performance Managers to maximise service delivery and ensure employment outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing…
- Demonstrating full ownership of key accounts through building and maintaining of client relationships.
- Sole point of contact for all employer recruitment needs providing high-quality and tailored services including sourcing candidates and arranging interviews through our operational offices.
- Managing the co-ordination of a response to employer's requirements following identification and qualification of employer needs.
- Maximising opportunities through generation of referrals, candidate submissions and cross selling.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and operational offices to optimise service delivery.
- Proactively seek ways to build on existing relationships and to create new opportunities.
- Managing relationships and driving new business opportunities for Fedcap via multi-medica channels.
- Developing an understanding of the local employability market including growth sectors and share knowledge and best practice with your peers, customers and stakeholders.
- Delivering performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and success factors.
- Organising and leading on Recruitment Open Days, Assessment Centres and ad-hoc events.

- Experience of account management, business development, recruitment/sales and meeting targets
- Experience of working in a customer focused and service delivery environment
- Knowledge of the local regional and national labour market
- Understanding of employer’s needs, experience of training needs analysis (TNA’s) and organisational needs analysis (ONA’s), translating these in to fit-for-purpose programmes and services
- Knowledge of legislative employment regulations including safeguarding.
