SalaryA well established law firm based in Kent is looking for a Solicitor/Assistant Solicitor to join their busy Employment team advising employers and employee clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
As one of the leading law firms in the South East, this law firm has been practicing law for decades with long lasting client relationships in the local areas in which they practice.
This role will include advising employers and employee clients on a range of employment matters, you will be assisting and supporting other fee earners within the department when required and keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments. You will also assist with client development and observing the SRA's code of conduct for solicitors.
They are looking for someone with previous experience running a caseload of contentious and non contentious employment matters previously. They are also looking for someone with 2+ years PQE.
